- Creating and Maintaining Global Projects/Industry Coding of Projects.
- Identifying People Duplicates and merging them to ensure that duplicates are eliminated.
- Auditing of Closed Projects to ensure that business critical information and documents are available in each closed Project record.
- Researching Company databases/websites and building company structures for all Industrial Verticals from a cleansing/de-duplication point of view and also to ensure that the Off-limits are respected.
- Business & activity coding of people work histories, Projects and Companies
- Supporting the global EZ Offices with Data Quality Support to ensure that the quality of data which goes into the system is accurate and validated.
- Communicating with global EZ colleagues via Audio and Video calls, Lync chats and Outlook emails.
- Working on generating meaningful reports using MS-Excel.
- Handling multiple ad-hoc project requests to support the core business of EZ.

- Accuracy is the key word here and people having experience in data clean–up or maintenance of large-scale disparate databases would be preferred.

- Teamwork: Should be able to adapt himself/ herself in a team & show positive team spirit
- Quick learner: Should be able to grasp things quickly and relate. Should be able to ask the right kind of questions.
- Strong communication skills: Strong conversational ability and fluency written and spoken English is a must.
- Computer savvy including good knowledge of MS-Office, ability to use online databases, search engines and websites to search for information; a conceptual understanding of data models and/or familiarity with data base administration tasks will be a definite plus.
- Business knowledge: knowledge of global markets and companies, industrial verticals, industry classifications, levels of management, positions, and roles.
- Experience: 0-2 years of work experience in any industry performing a similar or a related role. Previous tenures of any duration at organizations involved in information, research, management consulting, Database management products, or online library and information services would be highly desirable.
- Timing: Willingness to work in shifts (includes night shifts).
