Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day operations in a fast-paced startup environment. This role requires someone who can build processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence with a strong ownership mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end operations ensuring smooth execution across functionsSet up tools and design scalable processes to improve efficiency and productivityDrive data-driven decision-making through MIS, dashboards, and performance trackingCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, HR, Finance) and external partnersLead and manage teams, ensuring high performance and accountabilitySolve operational challenges with a proactive and execution-focused approachTake ownership across multiple functions and operate beyond defined roles when requiredLead, mentor, and manage teams with maturity and empathy, fostering a high-performance cultureProactively identify and resolve operational challenges with a strong problem-solving and execution mindsetTake ownership across functions, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic startup environmentEnsure a strong focus on customer success, improving overall experience and handling escalations effectivelyMaintain flexibility in working hours based on business needs and operational prioritiesBuild a positive team environment through effective people management and interpersonal skillsRequirementsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in a startup or high-growth environmentExposure to operations tools / CRM / project management platformsProven track record of process improvements and impact-driven resultsBenefitsOpportunity to build and scale operations from the ground upWork closely with leadership and decision-makersHigh ownership, fast growth, and dynamic work culture
