The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle offer negotiations and successfully close positions within timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth employee integration
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
- End-to-end recruitment expertise
- Strong talent sourcing capabilities
- Proficiency in screening and interviewing techniques
- Offer negotiation and candidate closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
