- Sharing resources with other IIPHs
- Development and expansion of academic programs
- Developing the portfolio of distance education
- Developing training portfolio of IIPH Delhi
- Leading demand generation activities for teaching and training programs
- Ensuring quality assurance for academic, training and research programs
- Active participation in teaching and training programs
- Developing research agenda for the institute
- Active participation in research programs (Development of proposals, execution of projects, dissemination including publications)
- Faculty recruitment and mentoring (managing academic aspirations of faculty members)
- Recruitment, supervision and mentoring of operations staff
- Launching newer initiatives, building partnerships with States
- Building academic partnerships with institutions, organizations and associations
- Representing IIPH Delhi in academic forum and meetings
- Showcasing IIPH Delhi
- Ensuring sustainability of IIPH Delhi operations
- Undertake tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Chair of the Society.
