Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT position at Sicagen India Limited, Chennai. The required qualification for this position is a BCA, MCA, or B.Com, with preferred experience of 3 to 10 years. Qualifications Should have strong functional hands on experience in the following modules. Oracle Apps ERP modules (R12) Order Management, Inventory, Cost Management, Purchasing, Financial Accounting, AR & AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, General Ledger, Workflow, AOL, Depot repair, Field service, Discrete Manufacturing & Knowledge in GST Should have technical knowledge and experience for the above modules and also to develop custom modules (RICE components) using PL/SQL, SQL, Personalisation, Oracle Forms and Reports, API, Interfaces, conversions. Perform gap analysis & understand the functionality/enhancement/report development requirement from the business users and develop the solution on technical & functional front. Co-ordinate with the 3rd party developers and provide adequate guidance for on time and quality delivery of development requirements. Co-ordinate with Oracle for License renewal. Configure & maintain Master data (Customer, Vendor & Item), Key parameters and critical business rules. Perform troubleshooting of the ERP system and Support day to day operations & Assist users. Strong skills to raise SR with oracle support Team to get the Solution for product bug and data issues. Should have hands-on experience to apply the recommended patches / bug fixing patches provided by Oracle.
