- Creating, implementing, and reviewing segment strategy for the Hydrogen market in In-dia.
- Leading the process to define the industry group footprint that covers market presence, execution standards, and delivery model.
- Driving and ensuring profitable growth by focusing on market penetration, innovation, and expansion activities.
- Defining key targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and ensuring they are achieved for the assigned segment.
- Ensuring proper business plans are in place and are executed by a market-oriented cluster organization.
- Leading or managing the key global and local segment team stakeholders and reinforces global sales efficiency and performance.
- Building relationships with key external influencers or key customers and leverages ABB’s strengths to capture new business opportunities.
- Reinforcing ABB’s visibility in the Hydrogen segment by strengthening external market segment communication, in coordination with the Marketing Communication team and by participating in dedicated customer events and segment trade fairs.
- Providing Feeds back to the local and global stakeholders on market developments and requirements.
- Leading or participating in the negotiation of legal and commercial contracts or frame agreements in line with ABB policies and guidelines.
- Identifies and manages risks related to market trends, contract agreements, and pricing across segments.
- B. Tech/BE in Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation or similar streams in Engineering
- Must have 8 to 15 years of experience in business Development, marketing & sales strategy with good exposure in Drives background.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. This includes setting goals, providing feed-back, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
