Manager Account & Finance

• Complete handling of Financial reporting and accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and finalization of accounts, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Plant accounting, Business Finance, Independently preparing financial statements, analysis etc.
• Statutory responsibility for the submission of bills, filing of returns, and compiling regulatory requirements.
• Experience in handling statutory and internal audits.
• Support investors in due diligence and audit activities.
• Formulating budgets, plans activities, leading to the development & implementation of plans; determining project plans including their funding
• Prepare and deliver MIS reports to support decision-making.
• Perform month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with team members

• You have at least 3 years of experience within a Corporate Finance / Strategy or Fund Accountant role, ideally within the Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology industry.
• You have a working knowledge of Business Finance, Financial Statements, Plant Accounting and MIS
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Qualified CA/ICWA OR MBA Finance
• Account and financial preparation as per IND AS
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
