Responsibilities Ensure Implementation of onsite and offsite Emergency Response Plan. Ensure healthiness of Active and Passive Fire Protection System Ensure healthiness and operation of Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm System etc Ensure Periodic Inspection of Fire Prevention & Protection System Providing Fire Training to all employees and stakeholder Planning/MIS of Fire Department. Fire Tender Operation and Maintenance Develop, implement, and lead improvements and modifications in processes relating to Fire Safety, Fire Protection and Fire Prevention. Inventory Management of Fire Department Ensure Fire and Rescue drill as per laid SOP Prepare and implement Fire Departmental SOP's and training to operation team Analyse reported fire incidents to evaluate best current practices and recommend changes wherever necessary. Evaluate hazards against available fire protection systems and minimum protection requirements and recommending corrective action regarding any vulnerability. Ensure all fire protection systems are maintained as per schedule and records are maintained. Establish and coordinate training for on-site emergency responders to maintain emergency responder certifications in Firefighting Levels I and II, EMT, HAZMAT, Confined Space Entry to maintain a high level of emergency response readiness for an industrial site with high hazard chemicals and processes. Qualifications Hold a any Diploma/Bachelors /Master Degree in Safety Position with 5+ years work experience in Ferrous/ Non Ferrous industry Preferred Experience In Relevant Field Computer skills including Microsoft Office & CMMS systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
