You will work closely with senior BI engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to build dashboards, analyze data, and contribute to the design of scalable reporting systems. This is an ideal role for early-career professionals looking to grow their technical and analytical skills in a collaborative environment.Roles & Responsibilities:Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.Perform data analysis to identify trends and support business decisions.Gather BI requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Support data validation, testing, and documentation efforts.Apply best practices in data modeling, visualization, and BI development.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming.Basic Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field experienceAtleast 5 years of relevant experience.Functional Skills:Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data processing and analysisFamiliarity with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelinesUnderstanding of data structures and reporting conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with Cloud services like AWS (e.g., Redshift, S3, EC2)Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practicesFamiliarity with scientific or healthcare data domainsSoft Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to learn and take initiativeAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to manage time and prioritize tasks effectivelyShift Information:This position may require working a second or third shift based on business needs.
