• Experience in travel, airlines, customer service, hospitality, or lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of travel industry systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research tools.

• Minimum 8 years experience in a client facing servicing role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
