We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor based in Delhi, India.This role involves conducting on-site evaluations and delivering consulting to clients in the food service and hospitality industries. Our auditors help ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards, supporting clients in delivering exceptional guest experiences.What you will do:Conduct food safety and brand standard audits at client locationsProvide consulting to clients on the best practices in food safety and hygieneWork with account management teams to resolve client challengesAccess and leverage industry leading food safety practices and ongoing, active monitoring of health inspection informationProvide accurate reporting and ensure effective customer communication and relationshipsPreferred Qualifications and Skills:Food safety certifications such as HACCP, ISO 22000Willingness to conduct audits during both weekdays and weekends, as neededExperience in retail food safety and conducting brand standard auditsProven consulting or coaching experience in a food-related fieldExcellent relationship management and advanced consulting skillsStrong planning, organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detailAbility to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skillsCapable of performing well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines efficientlyThis position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis
