Responsibilities :Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Leave and Absence, and Oracle Benefits
Develop and optimize Oracle Fast Formulas to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
Providing functional consulting services through the entire systems development lifecycle
Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality
Design and generate complex reports using BI Publisher to provide actionable insights to stakeholder
Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them
Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Configuring the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements
Developing an understanding of a client's current state process and developing future state recommendations
Developing end-user documentation and training materials
Delivering end-user training
Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
Gathering and analyzing business requirements
Participation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of sales proposals and statements of workAdditional Responsibilities :What's in it for you?

Should be very strong in Page personalization, HCM Design Studio, Auto-complete rules, Approval workflows, Checklist, Role Security RBAC model
HDL data uploads hands-on is must
Concept of Position management is good to have
Ability to build simpler OTBI / BI Publisher is good to have
Oracle EBS R12 Core HR co-existence functional knowledge will be a big advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in software development life cycle
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
