YOU MUST HAVE . 6+ years of experience within data analysis, statistical modeling, or another related field . Proven experience leading data science teams and delivering successful projects . Strong project management and organizational abilities . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics models and algorithms . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and formulate data-driven solutions . Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment . Ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights to support business decision-making . Drive innovation within the team, exploring new methodologies and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities Technical Skills: Machine learning: Proven ability to design, develop and implement machine learning models (classification, regression, etc.) Statistical Modeling: Strong foundation in statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Data Analysis: Expertise in data wrangling, cleaning, and analysis. Programming: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
