Read more about us at: https://www.billioncarbon.com/ Location of the role: Ahmedabad, travel as necessary Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the founders in the customer relationship process right from sales to operations, including managing client relationships, program management of client projects and ensuring smooth operations at our plant sites. This role is crucial in accelerating deal closures, retaining, renewing, and upselling to customers. Skills that you have or you will learn: Customer Relationship management Program Management What a normal day could look like for you: Manage customer relationships through regular visits to client offices. Identify opportunities for upsell and assist founders in executing them. Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, and align on priorities and strategies. Follow up with stakeholders to nurture relationships and move deals and work forward. Assist founders in meetings and provide support in creating presentations and other documents like contracts. Visit the waste treatment site to oversee operations, ensure smooth functioning, and address any operational issues. Coordinate with the ground operations team to implement any necessary changes or improvements to food-waste management activities Setting up new plant sites Requirements: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field sales or customer relationship management or startup environment What we can promise: Working closely with founders directly - an opportunity that not many startups can provide A measured and guided trajectory for career growth, with mentoring directly from founders.
