VSA and VDA audit insights5Responsible for tracking of the elements per APQP Timeline, Suppliers Annual Audits , Formel Q Audits.( For Assigned Suppliers)6Responsible for Sub Supplier PTR, Run @ rate , PPAP Sign off , Centralized co-ordination for Sub supplier capacity for new projects.7Deep understanding on problem solving tools, core- tools application, handling suppliers and proficient in measurement ( Conventional , CMM etc)8PIST ,PIPC & AAR Activity for assigned suppliers, Application of analytical skills, Deep understanding on QMS ( IATF) and development of supplier QMS9Proactively contribute to company wide continuous improvement program.10Adherence to Program milestones as per customer specific requirements11Specific support to Program Management team for the “Vehicle Build programs” of customer for assigned suppliers12Approval &Ensuring availability for FTG at Supplier end for components under development13Tracking of QMS status for Assigned Suppliers in case of upgradation /Lapse of earlier QMS Status14Special projects as assigned.15Should be able understand the processes related to supplier development and part development aligned to CFT, Develop system and align to digitalization process
