We are looking for a passionate and experienced Frontend Team Lead to join our growing engineering team.
As a team lead, you will drive the development of modern, responsive web applications, set coding standards,
and mentor a team of frontend developers.Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user
experiences.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Maintain high standards of code quality and enforce best practices.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.Technical Skills Required
Proficient in JavaScript (client & server-side), HTML5, CSS3, and Webpack.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
Solid understanding of Redux for state management.
Experience with universal rendering (client-side and server-side).
Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Familiarity with writing automated unit and functional tests.
Good understanding of algorithms, design patterns, and clean coding principles.
Experience working in an agile development environment.Soft Skills
