
Quality Engineering Lead

- Design, implement, Execute and maintain Test Harnesses, Testing Frameworks for Complex Healthcare Applications
- Communicate effectively with other Quality Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects and Business
- Define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Establish, refine and integrate test environment tools and software as needed
- Identify production and non-production application issues
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize testing frameworks and harnesses, etc.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science or Engineering or Science or Mathematics or related field
- Health care industry experience
- Technical skills:
- Technical experience - Python, Experience with Frameworks and Toolkits, Any one of the following:
- InterSystems IRIS or Ensemble, Cache Object Scripts, Cache ORDBMS, HL7, FHIR
- Hands on experience on testing applications on (or to) Public Cloud, preferably Azure, show-casing event driven, elastically scalable, fault tolerant and other cloud native architecture patterns
- Experience in continuous integration (Jenkins or Sonar or etc)
- Experience in creating Test harnesses, designing test frameworks.
- Good understanding on Performance Testing
- Azure Cloud Certification
- Technical experience - Knowledge of Java, spring boot, Postgres
