Company Description MySmartPros provides online tuition teacher jobs and services for students in Pre-School to XII class, as well as for engineering and medical entrance exams, various degree programs, and spoken languages. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Online Tutor or Home Tutor for students in Class 1 to 12, NEET, IIT. The Tutor will be responsible for preparing and delivering relevant lesson plans, assessments, and feedback, as well as conducting one-on-one or small group sessions with students. Additionally, the Tutor may be required to adapt to various learning styles and use technology in instruction. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in the relevant subject areas Experience in online or in-person teaching and tutoring Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to various learning styles and multicultural backgrounds Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching Flexibility to work remotely and in person Bachelor's degree in Education, the relevant subject area, or related field preferred Experience preparing students for relevant competitive exams such as NEET and IIT JEE or having an advanced degree in the relevant subject area would be beneficial.
