We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist for our Ayurveda Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the relationships between the hospital and its patients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience. The CRM Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing patient satisfaction, loyalty, and overall operational efficiency.Responsibilities: * Patient Relationship Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with patients.
  • Coordinate communication channels to ensure timely and relevant interactions with patients.
  • Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Patient Engagement:
  • Design and execute engagement programs to educate and involve patients in their wellness journey.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to create personalized wellness plans for patients.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
  • Streamline the appointment scheduling process to enhance convenience for patients.
  • Implement automated appointment reminder systems to reduce no-shows and enhance patient compliance.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain a comprehensive patient database and ensure data accuracy.
  • Utilize CRM tools to analyze patient data and derive insights for improving services.
  • Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for patient acquisition and retention.
  • Provide input on promotional materials and content to align with the hospital's Ayurvedic principles.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
  • Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to implement changes and enhancements based on feedback.
  • Training and Development:
  • Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on effective communication and patient-centric practices.
  • Stay updated on Ayurveda trends and treatments to provide informed assistance to patients.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality:
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality regulations and hospital policies.
  • Implement security measures to protect patient information within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Knowledge of Ayurveda principles and practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment.
