- Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for patient acquisition and retention.
- Provide input on promotional materials and content to align with the hospital's Ayurvedic principles.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement changes and enhancements based on feedback.
- Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on effective communication and patient-centric practices.
- Stay updated on Ayurveda trends and treatments to provide informed assistance to patients.
- Compliance and Confidentiality:
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality regulations and hospital policies.
- Implement security measures to protect patient information within the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in CRM, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
- Knowledge of Ayurveda principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment.
