Join us as we embark on a new era of technology, where possibilities are limitless, and the future is ours to shape.About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, working closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles – from understanding the job requirement to offer rollout and onboarding.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback.Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns as needed.Requirements:1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.Basic understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps, etc.).Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and job boards.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Nice to Have:Experience in a startup or fast-growing tech environment.Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
