Job descriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support to end users (on-site and remote). Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware, printers, scanners, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and other standardapplications. Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues. Handle email configuration and troubleshooting (Outlook, Exchange, O365). Perform OS installation, upgrades, and patching. Provide support for antivirus, endpoint security, and system updates. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.Job requirements

Experience: 3 to 6 Year.
Education : Any Graduate
