We are looking for a technical leader to help us achieve and maintain maximum potential in areas of rapid software delivery, automation, security, and quality.Job briefWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires.Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team, crafting job descriptions, maintaining databases with candidate information, and carrying out onboarding formalities. If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of recruiting coordinators, providing development opportunities and performance feedback
- Demonstrate leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team toward achieving ambitious targets and fostering a positive team culture.
- Identify, recommend and implement improvements to regional and global recruiting coordination processes to achieve increased efficiency and global consistency
- Build and maintain productive partnerships with regional Talent Acquisition leaders
- Ability to think critically and strategically, considering long-term implications of decisions and actions in the context of talent acquisition and organizational goals
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive insights to guide informed decision-making and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that impact recruiting coordination and the wider talent acquisition team
- Collaborate and partner with stakeholders across the organization where required – including the Global People Operations team, HR, global mobility, compensation, legal and compliance
- Be a change champion: advocate for and promote the change that impacts the recruitment coordination team and the recruitment delivery team
- Continuously assess and optimize existing recruiting coordination processes to ensure maximum efficiency, scalability, and consistency. This may involve leveraging technology, automation, and best practices to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate experience
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience of Talent Operations
- Strong analytical and data management ability
- Experience of leading and driving projects through data driven thinking
- Ability to deliver exceptional candidate experience
