The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Oracle B2C Service applications, focusing on developing and implementing enhancements to improve customer engagement and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Oracle B2C Service applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.Provide technical support and must have strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot Oracle B2C Service applications.Stay current with Oracle B2C Service features and enhancements, ensuring the integration of new functionalities into existing systems.Extensive experience in Oracle B2C Service Cloud implementation, customizations and supportExperience in developing Custom Scripts, Custom Processes (Event Handlers), BUI Extensions/Add-Ins, Business Rules, Configuration, Workflow/Workspace, Report Analytics, Knowledgebase, etc.Extensive experience in REST APIs for integration with external systemsMust be familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, PHP, .NET, ROQL, ConnectPHPMust be familiar with Oracle B2C features like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, External Objects.Must be familiar with MS DevOps & Agile methodologiesMust be familiar with middleware/integration tools i.e. MuleSoft or Oracle Integration CloudMust coordinate data synchronization between Oracle Service Cloud and other systems (Oracle EBS, Reporting, OFSC)Ability to create detailed functional and technical documentation using flow diagrams, wire frames, etc.Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and emerging technologies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle B2C Service development.Strong knowledge of Oracle B2C Service architecture, configuration, and customization.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.Join Johnson Controls and contribute to our mission of creating innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction!
