- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, OEMs, and distributors.
- Monitor the activities of the sales team, including setting goals.
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams to align product offerings with market needs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Set sales targets, forecast demand and regular reports for management.
- Monitoring competitor activity, market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning.
- Ensure compliance with commercial terms, pricing policies, and contract requirements.
- Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business /Engineering or a related field.
- 1015 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably 3 years in pump sales.
- Strong technical understanding of pumps and pumping systems (Self-Priming, Centrifugal, Open well, Submersible, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and ERP systems.
