Description: Responsible to manage and support requirement and test management application in Jira ALM setup (Jira / R4J / custom apps) Set up JIRA Requirement Management and auxiliary Tools for individual projects. Assign proper Roles and privileges to users. Maintain Master templates and project specific customized templates Optimize workflows. Guide project teams on proper usage of tool, complying to process standards. Handle user queries and issues Import/export data from different requirements management tool Collaborate with cross functional teams and identify and implement improvement areas. Drive Improvements based on Lessons Learnt/feedback. Track, Monitor and Analyze the performance of application. Establish Dashboards and Reports that helps to achieve ASPICE levels. Disseminate best practices across projects and regions. Provide Training to users. Evaluate new Tools and make comparative analysis. Integrate of JIRA with other collaborative tools Collaboration with vendor for improvements/issue fixes Key Technical Knowledge And Skills Required. At least 4-6 years of experience in industry standard Requirement Management tools like IBM DOORS, DNG, Jama, Code Beamer, R4J, Requirement Yogi, TestRay Project Mgt skills and experience in Project management tools like RTC, JIRA Knowledge on ReqIF standards Experience in Automotive industry Familiar with ASPICE process and bi-directional traceability Ability to work independently. Good written and verbal communication skills in English Good negotiation skills Competency in Microsoft tools Some programming experience in python, C++ Familiar with Linux/Windows operating system Desired Competencies and Experience: A university degree in engineering (ideally in Electronics, Automation, Computer Systems, Information Technologies, or any related discipline) 4+ years of broad experience working with an automotive industry, where you've gained: Experience in Agile/SCRUM terminologies Good understanding of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) standards Behavioral Competencies: Interacts well with people across teams; communicates with enthusiasm and networks effectively. The capacity to work well in a global team environment, including interacting with team members in other locations. Establishes rapport and puts people at ease; develops long-lasting relationships within and across teams.
