- Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in development, configuration, and administration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows, along with the ability to design scalable solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Customize Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and process automation tools.
- Develop and maintain:
- Apex Triggers
- Batch Classes & Scheduled Jobs
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Build and optimize Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Auto-Launched).
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and UI components.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Support integrations with third-party and internal systems.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Provide support during UAT, deployment, and post-production phases.
- Monitor production issues and ensure system stability and performance.
- Must-Have Skills
- 3–5+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Expertise in:
- Apex (Triggers, Batch, Classes)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Auto-Launched)
- SOQL & SOSL
- Strong experience with:
- Lightning App Builder & Dynamic Forms
- Salesforce Data Model & Security Model
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Strong knowledge of deployment practices and release management
- Ability to write clean, reusable code and implement best practices (trigger frameworks)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities)
- Knowledge of Agentforce and Data Cloud
- Exposure to JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and feature adoption
- Salesforce consulting experience (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
