In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data-driven use cases, design proof-of-concept (POC) implementations, and translate them into scalable Data Cloud architectures. You will be responsible for end-to-end data modeling, ingestion, unification, identity resolution, and activation across channelsWhat you’ll do:
  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  • Design and implement data models (data lake objects, data bundles) aligned to business use cases.
  • Configure data ingestion pipelines and harmonization rules for structured and semi-structured data.
  • Implement identity resolution strategies, deduplication logic, and calculated insights.
  • Enable data activation across Marketing Cloud and external platforms.
  • Define and enforce data governance, mapping, and lineage across systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-impact solutions
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) – data ingestion, modeling, unification, and segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling principles – relationships, joins, LDM (Lakehouse Data Model).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales/Service/Marketing) and real-time activation.
  • Knowledge of data quality frameworks and calculated insights setup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional skills:
  • Salesforce certifications: Data Cloud.
  • Capable of managing a virtual global team for the timely delivery of multiple projects
  • Experienced in analyzing and troubleshooting interactions between databases, operating systems, and applications
  • Travel to global offices as required to collaborate with clients and internal project teams
