Located in the vibrant city of Gurugram, this role offers an exciting opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology and legal compliance, driving efficient solutions for our digital transformation initiatives.About the RoleAs an IT Business App Specialist, you will play a key role in evaluating, implementing, and supporting applications that are critical to the legal and administrative functions of our organization. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of business processes to enhance operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to define project scopes, objectives, and resource allocation.
Implement and support various business applications, ensuring they meet compliance standards and enhance user productivity.
Provide training and ongoing support to users to facilitate the effective use of applications.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues, working closely with vendors when necessary.
Ensure continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback from users and proposing enhancements.
Participate in the design and development of digital transformation initiatives, aligning technological advancements with legal standards.

Travel RequirementsThis position may require travel of up to 25% for meetings, client engagements, or training sessions, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate with team members and stakeholders across different locations.Qualifications

A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in managing business applications within a corporate environment, preferably in legal or digital transformation sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a penchant for meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus.
