We are seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR strategy, implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive work culture aligned with our company’s mission and values.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws and maintain employee records.Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.Lead compensation and benefits planning, payroll coordination, and performance evaluation programs.Design and implement training and development programs to improve employee skills and engagement.Promote a healthy, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership.Advise leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.Preferred Qualities:Strategic thinker with strong leadership and decision-making skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Empathy, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.Benefits
