- Design and develop process solutions to optimize production and improve efficiency.
- Perform process simulations and analysis to identify performance improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies.
- Conduct process evaluations and troubleshooting to resolve any operational issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in process engineering.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operations teams.
- Participate in HAZOP studies and safety assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of process simulation software and tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry codes.
- Experience in HAZOP studies and safety assessments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
