Description:We are looking for POWER PLANT HEAD for 8MW Power Plant at reputed mining Sector, this person handle all deprtment in power plant."Lead and provide technical direction to the team and responsibility for efficient and reliable maintenance of Electrical systems.Provide technical direction to trade/craft and engineers." Exposure of overhaul and general maintenance of following equipments / sub system of power plants :Generator, UAT / ST and Generator transformer, Plant Aux equipments like Motors, Breakers, Modules, Switch gears, Relays Interlock and protection system, Switch yard equipments Trouble shooting , route cause analysis and recification, Engineering studies"To carry out predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipments of thermal power plant to improve equipments availability and reliability." To plan & execute annual shutdown maintenance activities with in the schedule "Spare parts management, material approvals.Inventory management, Tender preparations, Technical evaluations, Review of Vendor drawings, documents and engineeringTo get maintenance data for Boiler’s & Turbine areas and evaluation of maintenance performance.To continuously monitor/measure contract benchmarks, propose required corrective actions to sites.To maintain centralized data like equipment details, monthly maintenance performance data etc.To plan required External Services / Internal Services for BTG sites as per requirement.To evaluate mechanical team for various maintenance jobs.To provide support at site during major shutdowns.Regular monitoring of preventive and maintenance work.To review site planning for monthly / annual requirement of Spares and consumables.Arranging spares for equipment & updating indents in cooperation with stores as well as purchase Dept. for Power Plant Unit.Planning for annual shutdown maintenance for BTG site after consulting from Operation dept.Preparing of monthly material consumption report, unit costing as per Power generator.JOB APPLYSHASHI PRABHA - 9302642415
