As our Order Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in PO Management, Fill rates and engaging various teams like Sales, Finance, Vendors etc. You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:Responsibilities
- Capturing Demand from multiple nodes and converting into logical orders.
- Purchase orders placement and management knowledge.
- Troubleshooting in purchase processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement
- Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues.
- Order tacking with various Fill rates.
- Process imports as well as export orders and the respective shipping processes with prioritization of different shipments.
- Ensuring an appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies
- Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues.
- Management of communication with the sales department and customers.
- Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports.
- Order related reporting and inventory reporting.
- Financial budget planning for ordering. (OTB, etc.).
- Responsible for min. required in stock level at nodes.
- Knowledge of various replenishment parameters related to order placement
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor's/ master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant & Proven experience in USA / North America retail inventory or replenishment management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field.
- Relevant Experience in similar field, retail industry experience is a plus.
- Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
- Ability to communicate at different levels including client management.
- Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
- Ability to both works effectively in a team and independently
