Client Relationship Management:Develop and manage long-term relationships with CXOs, CFOs, and Treasurers of large corporates.Understand client needs and propose relevant financial solutions.Act as a single point of contact for the client across all banking products.Business Development:Acquire new large corporate clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.Cross-sell corporate banking products such as working capital loans, term loans, trade finance, cash management, and treasury services.Credit & Risk Management:Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare credit appraisal notes.Monitor portfolio performance, ensure timely renewals, and maintain asset quality.Work closely with risk and credit teams for approvals and ongoing risk assessments.Revenue & Profitability:Achieve assigned targets on revenue, assets, liabilities, and fee-based income.Ensure pricing discipline and profitability of each account.Internal Coordination:Liaise with internal departments like credit, operations, legal, compliance, and treasury to deliver seamless client experience.Coordinate for documentation, disbursements, and servicing of accounts.
