Support the HR Manager through the development and implementation of best practices in Human Resources Management. Ensure that the Human Resources team fulfils its role within the organization on a day-to-day basis. Be accountable to the HR Manager in all matters relating to the Human Resources function and team. Responsible for managing Human Resources team at an operational level. Provide professional support and advice to all Line Managers in relation to Human Resource issues. Staff Recruitment and Selection review and implement best practices in conjunction with the HR Manager to meet the immediate and future staffing requirements of the organization. Develop good Employee Relations/Industrial Relations practices to support the HR function and the Manager and continue to develop open communication processes with employee /staff representatives. Support Performance Management development for staff, and identify the requirements needed to ensure the organization can deliver a high-quality service to employees and our customers. Review in conjunction with the HR Manager the Standard Operating Procedures for the efficient and effective administration of the Human Resources Department. Monitor and manage good Communication protocols for dealing with Managers and Staff to ensure the information delivered is relevant, appropriate and timely, and ensure they are in line BW policies and procedures. Manage the HRIS to meet the needs of the Organization. Attend, as required, working groups and committees of the organization as required. Assists in employee relations counselling, new employee orientations, outplacement counselling, and exit interviewing. Creates environment to support the ongoing development of talent utilizing current processes and ongoing improvement. Diagnoses organizational development needs, implements effective solutions, and builds effective teams. Identifies training needs and designs training programs that support the organization's change management initiatives and need for developing the knowledge and capabilities of all internal talent. Coordinates relocation and immigration activities. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements. Works on salary administration and benefits projects as required. Ensure all legal & Statutory requirements are met timely. Responsible for other generalist duties as required. Continual improvement and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Documentation.
