You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of our special processes, particularly in torquing operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, quality, supply chain, sourcing, and EHS), contribute to technology transfers, and support supplier development, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of industrial risk management and process qualifications, but also oversee training and continuous improvement initiatives.We’ll look to you for:Contributing to product design and industrialization during tender phases to optimize costs and minimize risksBuilding technical solutions and interacting with product engineering to align designs with industrial requirementsManaging industrial risk through Process FMEA and implementing improvement action plansSupporting sourcing and supplier quality teams in supplier qualification and quality follow-upsEnsuring deployment and validation of new processes in line with project planningTraining workers, managers, and support functions on special process business rulesPerforming internal and external audits to ensure compliance with process rulesInvestigating non-conformities and implementing effective repair solutionsProposing improvements to business rules and participating in special process network initiativesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
