Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English (BA English) or a related field; B.Ed. (English) is preferred.
  • Valid teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed., CTET, or equivalent) as per state/central board requirements.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for teaching and working with children in the 6–14 age group.
  • Ability to design engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and educational software for teaching and assessment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative school environment with a focus on student success.
  • Freshers with strong academic records and teaching practicum experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in conducting classroom teaching during training or internship periods.
