Take complete responsibility of project apart from Civil for the project and support lead in project documentation and stakeholder managementKey Accountabilities:
  • Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
  • Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
  • Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team; Managing the change control process
  • Monitoring and advising upon project finances
  • Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports
  • Manage procurement cycle for the project, design management and able to direct the team and client in making the process efficient and auditable.
  • Able and has a keen eye for process and governance
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level BE Electrical / Mechanical with 10+ years experience
  • Holder of a construction/property related academic qualification (this could be your degree)
  • Experience of delivering office fit-out projects
  • Project Management experience in a Consultancy preferred
