As an Accountant, your primary role is to manage financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. You play a key role in supporting the financial health of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records and providing insights into the company's financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Record daily financial transactions, including income and expenses.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate financial reports for management to aid in decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget variances and provide explanations for financial performance.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax and VAT.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Make recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Audit Support:

Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Implement audit recommendations to enhance financial controls.

Compliance:

Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards.
Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures.

Communication:

Communicate financial information effectively to internal stakeholders and management.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
