- Visit existing and new customers PAN India to gather detailed information on mold requirements, design updates, and ongoing projects.
- Generate leads for new mold development from existing customers and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Interpret and understand engineering drawings, product dimensions,BOM and customer specifications.
- Collect and interpret technical data to prepare mold proposals, feasibility reports, and quotations.
- Actively engage in market research, competition tracking, and identifying new customer segments.
- Provide technical support to customers for mold-related queries and applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to share customer feedback, support mold design improvements, and issue updated quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing after-sales technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Share market intelligence with the sales and technical teams to support business growth and new product development.
- Age: Below 35 years
- Experience: 2–7 years in Production (Assembly line), Quality, Service or combined roles in molding or tooling industries
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written (English, Hindi)
- Self-motivated, go-getter attitude, and target-driven personality
- Willingness to travel at least 10 days per month across India
- Passion for both technical problem-solving and marketing-oriented thinking
- Sound understanding of mold tooling, plastic components, and injection molding process
