The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our in-house service department, ensuring timely and effective repair and maintenance of medical devices.Key Responsibilities:1. Service Operations Management: Manage the daily operations of the in-house service department, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of biomedical equipment technicians (BMETs) and other support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.3. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.4. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing obsolescence.6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage departmental budgets and costs, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing waste.7. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.8.
