- Assist in managing and growing the company’s social media profiles across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Support in developing and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities.
- Analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and impactful content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain active audience engagement.
- Assist in influencer outreach and coordination for collaborations and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong interest in content creation and storytelling.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar scheduling platforms is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform insights is an advantage.
