- Handling Swift Operations as per prescribed RBI Guidelines and Handling LEA related notices for IBG segment as Back up
- Responsible as an team member and handle Swift operations, including monitoring and controls as per RBI guidelines as an Primary role
- Monitor AMH applications and highlight exceptions
- Liaise with stakeholders and actively participate in Swift AMH UAT
- Participate in Swift AMH activities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Monitor and control Swift operations as per RBI guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance
- Demonstrate knowledge of trade and remittance processes
- Back up for LEA Ops role and Unit initiated Projects and perform adhoc activities
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of Swift operations, monitoring, and controls
- Proficient in analysing and resolving AMH application exceptions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
