Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is preferred. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner. Assist with the preparation of tax returns and audits. Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll processes. Collaborate with HR to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
