Work time 09:30am – 6:30pmJob PurposeTo acquire, maintain, and manage customers across the allotted territory and generate sales for all types of AHUs, Air Washers, Ventilation Systems, and SS / Copper Coils within the company’s product range.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for the following:Creating a databank through data mining from various platforms and collecting relevant industry details.Generating sales leads through Google search, tele-calling, and following up on the same for closure.Coordinating with the Head Office for equipment sizing and costing.Coordinating with the Head Office for preparation of quotations and GA drawings.Maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving their queries effectively at the quotation stage.Following up with customers until finalization of sales.Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.Maintaining and managing relationships with existing customers.Ensuring all KRAs and KPIs are achieved effectively.Preparing lead MIS reports, ERP data entry, sales pipeline reports, and sales performance reports on time.Performing any additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.Requisite SkillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.Strong understanding of company products.Analytical skills.Interpersonal skills.People management skills.Desired SkillsGood verbal and written email communication skills.Proactive approach to work.
