facets of talent acquisition of permanent employees and the contingent and contractor workforce. Key offerings
include Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs and Total Talent
Solutions.
Purpose
The Strategic PMO team is fundamental in ensuring we have a dedicated global function within our clients structure
which focuses on quality/compliance, performance and change across the program. The scope of the SPMO is across
the full RPO/MSP/total talent service, across all global regions, and across both RSR and OpCo scope.
The team works in partnership with both the client and RSR operational teams globally, to provide support in
creating, maintaining and enhancing value for the client through better design and the introduction and operation of
services and solutions. In addition to this core function, the SPMO also drives the operational process around topics
such as MI/Talent Radar, Market Insights, Global Process Governance, Technology and Design and Comms.Responsibilities:
● monitor data and process compliance, highlighting opportunities for improvement
● oversee on/off boarding solution ensuring this is delivered for all team members and audited on a quarterly
basis
● production, maintenance and audit of the core billing files across full RPO scope
● responsible for the maintenance of the Merck global team document, organisational charts and centralised
global documents database
● monitor completion of mandatory Randstad and Merck data security and compliance training highlighting
any gaps/failures
● produce and monitor completion of weekly, monthly and quarterly SF audit data, exception tracking,
satisfaction survey results
● produce quarterly service review decks/material to enable monitoring and communication of service
performance
● calendar management, attendance and minute taking of QBR and global meetings
● maintain global commercial performance reports including source files
● monitor adoption of new technologies highlighting opportunities for improvement
● monitor completion of on/offboarding document highlighting any gaps/failures
● produce quarterly Merck global all hands deck to support strong communication to team
● project administration for large change/transformation projectsCompetencies● Drive for Results - Focuses on assessing, measuring and improving performance. Shows drive and

● Ideally experience of recruitment outsourcing, ideally both MSP & RPO operations
● Administration experience in (preferably) human resources or service center environment.
● Excellent Microsoft Office/google for business applications skills
● Preferably with Applicant Tracking System and/Vendor Management System

Qualifications
● High School/FE College (2 A Levels).Experience
● Ideally experience of recruitment outsourcing, ideally both MSP & RPO operations
