- Lead strategic initiatives and drive commercial performance for assigned Life & Health client segments across India
- Develop and execute client and market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams including underwriting, pricing, and solutions
- Deliver financial targets through disciplined execution and transparent performance management
- Manage client relationships across the full lifecycle from strategic planning to deal closure and ongoing partnership development
- Build trusted connections with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives and key decision-makers
- Represent Swiss Re at high-level client engagements and industry platforms, reinforcing our thought leadership position
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment that upholds our standards of excellence and partnership
- 10-12+ years of relevant experience in the Indian life insurance and/or reinsurance market
- Qualified or nearly qualified actuary
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex client relationships and deliver sustainable growth
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking capability, and performance orientation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
