– Provide technical guidance and facilitate implementations by refining stories,understanding the scope, limitations, objectives, and risks, and then crafting actionable designs.
– Hands-on approach, including skeleton implementations and pairing with team members on implementation tasks.
– Inititate and lead discussion with team and client.
– Experience in team handling and timely deliveries.
– Experience working in Agile & Scrum.
– Experience open-source performance testing tools.
– Demonstrate knowledge of Software testing and release processes.
– Experience in Functional Testing (Manual and automation).
– Excellent knowledge of quality theory, concepts, tools, and methodologies of quality assurance.
– Thorough understanding of testing methodologies, including test automation.
– Experience with Source Control Technologies (GIT).
– Experience with defect management software and procedures.
– Knowledge of software development life cycles.Job Responsibilities:– Provide designs that break down complex tasks into manageable actions that can be assigned and tracked.
– Implement skeleton designs and pair program with team members to guide the development process.
– Facilitate the testing process for complex, distributed systems by applying knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, cloud technologies, and
– Databases, focusing on robustness and scalability through effective testing strategies.
– Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
– Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design a test coverage plan.
– Execute business cycle test cases against requirements.
– Review function and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables.
– Clear communication (written and verbal).
– Ability to provide clear and concise written reproduction steps of bugs.
– Detailed in writing step by step (recreating issues).
