Job Title: Business Development Manager - System Integration & Cybersecurity (Govt / PSU Sector) Location: New Delhi (On-site) Experience: 5 + years in IT / Cybersecurity / Cloud sales - preferably Government or PSU accountsReporting To: Product ownerEmployment Type: Full-Time. Role Overview You will own new business development and account expansion across public-sector clients pan-India - from lead generation and RFP engagement to negotiation and closure. The role combines strategic hunting and relationship management with strong coordination of pre-sales and technical teams. Key Responsibilities - Generate and nurture a qualified - 2 Cr + pipeline within 90 days. - Sell Zindagi's full portfolio: System Integration (on-prem & cloud), Managed SOC, Cyber Audits, BattleGrid Training, and Cloud Services. - Build strategic alliances with OEMs and System Integrators. - Lead complex proposal responses - RFPs, tenders, and bids - with pre-sales support. - Represent Zindagi at industry events and government forums. - Achieve quarterly and annual targets (80 % new logos / 20 % renewals). Ideal Profile - Proven record closing - 1 Cr + deals in Govt or Enterprise IT. - Deep understanding of tender / procurement cycles and stakeholder mapping. - Hunter mindset with integrity and independent execution ability. - Fluent in English and Hindi; presentable for CXO and government meetings.
