Role Definition Junior Architect is the one who is responsible for designing, and making working drawings to complete Design Legends Group projects in timely and efficient manner. Responsibility Deliverable1. Designing and File Completion2. File Completion and Documentation3. Material Selection4. Project Coordination5. Closure and Evaluation Tasks & Activities Designing: Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability as the following steps.1. Depending upon the client meeting memo, start the planning of the project.2. Make the planning and zoning.3. Make three plan options.4. Make three elevation concepts and discuss it with Lead Architect.5. Develop proposals for materials to be used for final rendering.6. Send it to the rendering team for 3d render. File Completion and Documentation:7. Make the drawings according to the list of drawing annexure.8. Arrange the drawings according to the sample construction file.9. Issue the file.10. Prepare and maintain all the documentation including design drawings, specifications, and meeting notes in the project folder.Material Selection:1. Make proposal for the materials used in the final renders by shortlisting them from the catalogues.2. Finalize them with the lead architect/ I.D.3. Record these materials in material order list and pass it on to the material purchase team. Project Coordination:1. Work closely with project manager to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.2. Collaborate with estimator, site engineers and project managers for proper design execution. Closure and Evaluation:1. Close the project by ensuring all designs and drawings are delivered on time and in budget.2. Conduct a post-project evaluation to identify lessons learnt and areas of improvement. Develop the skill & knowledge to grow into Architect: Develop the skill and knowledge to make initial design concept according to the client memo and to lead the team of at least two persons (draftsman and junior architect) to accomplish the project independently.
