Lead, Gun Systems

• Define and execute the corporate missile strategy aligned with national defence priorities and Adani's growth roadmap.
• Collaborate with DRDO and other strategic partners on joint development programs

• Oversee lifecycle management of missile systems including design, development, testing, certification, and deployment.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical systems such as long-range guided munitions, surface-to-air missiles, and anti-radiation missiles

• Lead cross-functional teams in mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering.
• Ensure adherence to MIL STDs, JSS, CEMILAC, and other regulatory frameworks

• Build and mentor high-performing teams across Hyderabad, Pune, and Kanpur facilities.
• Drive recruitment and capability building for roles such as Missile Production Head, Design Engineers, and BD Supervisors

• Interface with internal leadership, government agencies, and international partners.
• Represent Adani Defence in strategic forums and industry events.

• Deep understanding of missile systems, guidance technologies, propulsion, and warhead integration.
• Familiarity with defence manufacturing standards and quality systems (AS9100, ISO 9001)
• Experience in managing outsourced design and production partners.
• Proficiency in CAD, simulation tools, and defence-grade documentation protocols.

• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Defence Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 15-25 years in missile systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications: Preferred - CEMILAC, DRDO collaboration experience, MIL STD compliance.
